2024 - Oconee Lakefront Lodging in Cuscowilla - Reserve Now!


Tuscan-inspired, waterfront Villa # 417 at Lake Oconee in the Cuscowilla Golf Community. Located  on Lake Oconee with a private slip directly behind the property. Conveniently located between Atlanta and Augusta for easy access. Athens is only 50 minutes away for UGA games.  This lake area is also a great location for Masters 2024!

This property provides a very unique opportunity to support large groups. The design allows you to gather in central areas or in smaller areas within the suites.  We specialize in multifamily groups, with a primary suites on each level and lots of fun activities and entertainment areas on the Terrace level which opens up to the backyard and lake.

The main level has 2 bedrooms and a family room with a full kitchen.  This level has 3 flat screen TVs, and 1 king, 2 queen and 1 twin bed beds, with a large deck and sun room.  Each bedroom has a full bath with granite counter tops. Each bedroom has a full bath with granite counter tops.

The upstairs level also has 2 bedrooms with a family room and beverage center.  This level has 4 flat screen TVs with 2 queen, 1 twin and 1 king size bed. Each bedroom has a full bathroom.  This level opens up with french doors to a large tiled covered patio with ceiling fans, TV, a day bed and a very nice view overlooking the lake.  This is a wonderful place to kick back and relax.

For large gatherings, you can enjoy the Hospitality Suite/Terrace level with over 1500 sq ft of indoor space with multiple sitting areas, pool table, 3 large TVs, surround sound media center and large kitchen with island. This area opens to a large protected patio with ceiling fans overlooking the lake. The Hospitality Suite/Terrace Level  is an additional cost. We have the ONLY  lodge villa rental with a terrace level.  Please see Rates section in Rates tab for pricing.


We have DirecTV service to all 10 TVs, so you should be able to watch your favorite show or sporting event while staying with us.  We also have free high fiber internet with Tri-Co.


We have lake toys, a grass area and dock directly behind our villa.  We have 2 kayaks, 4 standup paddle boards and a large canoe.  These are available for all Lodge Villa 417 guests. These toys are located behind our Lodge Villa with easy access to the lake.


Please note that Cuscowilla club is a private club, and as guests of Lodge Villa 417, you willNOT have access to the club facilities, such as the golf course, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, workout facilities, pool or restaurant. Note: Cuscowilla facilities are private and are available only to members and member accompanied guests.  Facilities such as pool, restaurant, tennis courts, workout facilities and golf are NOT available for rental guests.
